About the Project
TimingHit began as a small combat experiment inspired by action games that reward precision over button mashing. During development, the project gradually evolved into its own combat prototype, with a strong emphasis on readability, timing, and player decision-making.
Much of the development time went into refining the feel of combat—adjusting attack timings, dodge windows, hit reactions, visual feedback, and enemy behavior until each encounter felt deliberate and satisfying.
Feedback
If you play the prototype, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
In particular, I'm interested in feedback on:
- Combat feel
- Enemy readability
- Difficulty
- Overall game feel
Thanks for playing!
